Refund and Returns Policy – Shakeel Laptops
At Shakeel Laptops, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The laptop is defective, damaged, or not working as expected upon delivery.

You received the wrong product or a different model than what was ordered.

The item is in its original packaging with all accessories (charger, manuals, etc.).
⚠️ Note: Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
2. Return Timeframe

Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

After 7 days, only warranty claims (if applicable) will be entertained.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

If the product is returned successfully after inspection.

If the ordered laptop is out of stock and you choose not to wait for restocking.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
⚠️ Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange if:

You wish to upgrade or switch to a different laptop model.

The received product has a fault and you prefer an exchange over a refund.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and any price difference will need to be settled.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:

Open-box laptops that have been used beyond testing.

Software, licenses, or digital products.

Clearance or “Hot Sale” items clearly marked as non-returnable.
